You know you’re in safe hands with H2 Miracle Water, our products have a 14 day return policy. If you change your mind and your item is unused and in its original condition, we can either exchange it or give you a full refund when you return it within 14 days from day of delivery and  proof of purchase which is order confirmation email from us.

Carefully review your shipping and billing information for accuracy before submitting your order. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

IMPORTANT NOTICE CONCERNING REFUNDS:

As soon as you return your item to us and it’s received into our system, we will expeditiously send a refund request to your bank within. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

The funds will be returned through the Original method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card, if you used PayPal, it will be reimbursed to the PayPal account you used to purchase the item.

Please note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks may take 7-12 business days to process and post these refunds to your account.

We do not refund shipping or freight charges on any orders or returns.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY:

All our products qualify for free exchange or replacement within 14 days from the date your order ships. Product must not show any evidence of wear and must be returned with all of its original tags. Product showing any sign of wear or alteration (e.g. dirty or washed) will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.  Returns other than for exchange or replacement will be assessed a fee of  $20 USD for international customers which will be deducted from your refund. This return policy applies to both domestic and international orders.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the above-mentioned products after 14 days from date the date your order ships.

  • If we do not receive your return in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging, it will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued. Customers are limited to 2 (two) returns, exchanges or replacements per original order. Return, exchange or replacement requests in excess of two per original order will be refused by our receiving department.

Within 1 to 14 days we will gladly accept an exchange for your purchased items, but you are responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to us. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. If we do not receive your return in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging, the returned items can not be accepted for exchange or refunds. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS:

RETURN PACKAGING:

We need the original packaging to be intact. Returned items in marked or damaged boxes will be not accepted. To avoid this, place your return item in a box or wrap it to ensure its safety during the shipping process. We apologize for any inconvenience.

EXCEPTIONS:

UNDELIVERABLE AND REFUSED PACKAGES:

If a delivery is refused for any reason or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges. Please read your order information before finalizing.
